Shipping Policy
Thanks for shopping at Breedwell. This policy explains where we ship, how long orders take, what shipping costs, and what happens if something goes wrong in transit.
Where we ship
We ship to European Union countries. You can see the countries we currently ship to in the country selector at the top of every page — if yours is listed, you’re good to go. We don’t ship outside the EU.
Because all of our orders stay within the EU, there are no customs duties or import taxes for you to pay on arrival. Any applicable VAT is already included in the price you pay at checkout.
Order processing
Express orders: Orders placed by 11:00 (Central European Time) with the express shipping method — a paid upgrade delivered by DHL — are processed and shipped by the next business day.
All other orders are processed in the order they’re received, usually within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Shipping methods and delivery times
The shipping methods available to you are shown at checkout and depend on your delivery country — some countries have two options to choose from, others a single option. Estimated delivery times for each method are displayed at checkout before you pay.
We will deliver your order without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the contract, unless we expressly agree otherwise with you. If we fail to deliver within this period, you may set an additional reasonable period for delivery, and if we still fail to deliver, you are entitled to withdraw from the contract and receive a full refund.
Shipping rates and free shipping
Shipping rates vary by destination zone and are calculated automatically at checkout based on where your order is going.
We offer free shipping over a minimum order value. The threshold that applies to your destination is shown in your cart and at checkout, and is based on your order total after any discounts or coupon codes have been applied.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s progress.
Delivery issues
Until your order is delivered to you, it remains our responsibility. If your package is lost, significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or is delivered to the wrong address, please contact us at support@breedwell.eu. We’ll investigate with the carrier and make it right — by resending your order or issuing a refund as appropriate.
Once an order has been successfully delivered to the address you provided — as confirmed by the carrier’s proof of delivery — responsibility passes to you. We are not liable for packages that are stolen or go missing after a confirmed delivery, for example parcels taken from a doorstep, porch, or mailbox. If this happens, we’re still glad to help you file a claim with the carrier where one is possible.
Changing your delivery address
For security and to help protect against fraud, we’re unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed. If you notice an error, please contact us at support@breedwell.eu as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to cancel it so you can place a new order with the correct address. Once an order has been dispatched, we can no longer change or redirect it from our side. Depending on your carrier, you may be able to redirect your parcel yourself using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not able to reroute an order once it has shipped. If an order can’t be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address you provided and is returned to us by the carrier, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment — the cost of reshipping will be your responsibility.
